About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Global Partners. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with our Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
