Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Program at the Heart and Vascular Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and ambulatory clinical consultation and follow-up to cardiac patients and their families.
- Collaborate with and communicate effectively with all members of the treatment team in the management of cardiac patients.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage complex heart rhythm conditions, including pre-and post-ablation atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and ventricular tachycardia patients.
- Manage patients with cardiac implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that all aspects of the patients' and families' needs are met and fragmentation of care is prevented.
- Participate in the education of general Cardiology and EP Fellows.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities.
- Have opportunities for academic appointment and advancement.
- National Certification from an approved certifying body.
- Eligible for APRN or PA-C licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
- Eligible for Federal DEA registration.
