Job Description

CEENTA is seeking an experienced Voice and Swallowing Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Voice and Swallowing Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with voice and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with voice and swallowing disorders using flexible and rigid endoscopic procedures, acoustic analyses, and clinical swallowing examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with voice and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide voice and swallowing therapy to patients, including exercises and techniques to improve vocal function and swallowing ability.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including laryngologists and otolaryngologists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in voice and swallowing therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in voice and swallowing therapy.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
