Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Controller in managing and overseeing the company's financial operations
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting
  • Partner with business leaders to manage department accruals
  • Act as accounting lead for various Corporate managed areas
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports with the SEC
  • Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
  • Exposure to SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
