Job Title: Production Operator

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in meeting departmental production, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and accurately understand shop travelers, job orders, and customer specifications.
  • Set up and operate different types of machinery according to department processes and job requirements.
  • Consistently evaluate product quality, verifying departmental procedures are completed accurately.
  • Record defects, document quality data, and work within the quality management system.
  • Acquire production materials, set up the production area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Follow all safety training and procedures as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and comprehend English written instructions.
  • Quality-centered mindset with strong attention-to-detail, mathematical, and technical aptitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • General computer skills and ability to update electronic records.
