This critical role involves ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and display empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Utilize digital tools efficiently to manage customer interactions and improve service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Reliable internet and phone for off-hour shifts.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate patience.
  • Calm demeanor while handling customer issues.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
