About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Work independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hemodialysis or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification preferred.
