Job Summary

Aware Recovery Care is seeking a skilled Admissions Specialist II: Tuesday-Saturday Role to join our team. As a key member of our admissions department, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless intake process for clients seeking recovery services.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to requests for information in a timely fashion. You will identify potential red flags and determine appropriate pathways for client assessments, collect and enter demographic information into CRM and EHR systems, and verify insurance coverage.

You will also effectively communicate financial options to clients, complete initial assessments to determine eligibility for services, and facilitate the clinical assessment process. Additionally, you will document all communications and actions diligently, ensuring a high level of client care throughout the admissions process.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with expected office hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm. The starting salary for this role is $48,500 annually, contingent on experience and education.
