  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems efficiently.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT services and related processes.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including multiple Windows servers, Active Directory, IIS, and Group Policies.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client and server administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
