Patient Outreach Coordinator

Aware Recovery Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Admissions Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance use disorders and be able to assess client appropriateness for treatment. Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
About the Role- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30am to 8pm.
- The starting salary for this role is $34 - $45k annually, contingent on experience and education.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, collecting and inputting demographic information, verifying insurance coverage, and assessing treatment needs.
- Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to requests for information.
- Collect and input demographic information from potential clients into CRM and EHR systems.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility using an electronic verification system.
- Assess treatment needs for unqualified leads and connect them with appropriate referrals.
