As a key member of the Performance Food Group team, the Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring seamless communication between buyers, data processing, and warehouse teams, and handling all matters related to inventory control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate inventory counts on a daily basis

* Act as a liaison between buyers, data processing, and warehouse teams on all matters concerning inventory

* Handle all matters related to inventory control, including checking for outdated product, handling salvaged products, and monitoring slots for damaged product

* Analyze inventory issues and information, and take necessary action to resolve them

* Monitor zero balance items and ensure accurate inventory reporting

**Requirements:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* 4-6 Years of experience in purchasing, foodservice distribution warehouse procedures, and inventory management

* Supervisory/Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

* 6-10 Years of experience in purchasing, foodservice distribution warehouse procedures, and inventory management

* Supervisory/Management experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years

* Microsoft Office Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook), with beginner to intermediate proficiency
