KIOXIA America is on the lookout for a Revenue Planning and Inventory Management Lead. This vital position entails overseeing inventory aging and forecasting, consolidating weekly and monthly projections, and optimizing revenue through comprehensive risk and opportunity evaluations. The role also involves developing intricate revenue projection models to ensure seamless operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage essential processes such as rebate management, scrap request evaluations, and inventory disposition strategies. A meticulous approach, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to present insights confidently to stakeholders at all levels are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate and manage weekly and monthly forecasts, leading relevant meetings and updates.
- Oversee revenue ranges associated with risk and opportunity strategies to mitigate downsides and enhance outcomes.
- Ensure accurate pricing is integrated into models to produce revenue forecasts based on the latest quotes.
- Develop revenue projection models to assess the effects of volume, mix, and pricing adjustments.
- Facilitate a closed-loop process for rebates, ensuring precise accruals and tracking of payments.
- Lead the quarterly review of scrap requests and manage the disposition process.
- Monitor and evaluate aging/excess inventory and formulate disposition plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in inventory management or revenue planning, preferably within the semiconductor sector.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong expertise in forecasting and revenue planning.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for working with numbers and contributing to organizational success.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Proficient in task management, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Advanced analytical skills with proven proficiency in data analysis and issue resolution.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, and familiar with Oracle suite applications such as Demantra.
