Job Description:


As a key member of the AMISEQ team, we are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unified Communication/AV engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.


The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of networking technologies, including WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN. They will also have experience with Zoom admin access control, Zoom Marketplace, and integrating 3rd party apps with Zoom.


Key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and managing Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone System, as well as providing weekly progress reports to the hiring Manager. The candidate will also be responsible for creating purchase orders, tracking capex and opex spend, and working with external AV designers and installers.


Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing thorough conference room testing, creating how-to documentation on new Zoom Room hardware and features, and revamping Zoom Room management and Zoom Phone System management in the Zoom admin portal.


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong project management and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with people in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:


Design, configure, and manage Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone System
