* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Current Registered Professional Nurse license.
* 2+ years of acute care nursing experience and/or previous home care nursing experience preferred.
* OASIS experience strongly preferred.
* Med-surge and wound care experience preferred.
* Associate's Degree from an accredited college required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
