Job Summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their mortgage loans.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our customer relationship management system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
