Customer Service Representative

Certified Waste Solutions, a leading provider of recycling and waste solutions services based in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our sales representatives in the recycling and waste solutions divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their requests and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently to gather and provide necessary information to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with our dispatch, service contractors, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain customer contracts and activity records in our CRM system.
  • Support the planning and execution of electronic waste (e-waste) recycling events and pickups.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and sales teams.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the recycling and/or waste management industries is a plus, but not required.
