Position Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will embody the voice of the customer. Your role is to assist customers through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are met with prompt and effective solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, chat, or text.
- Provide tailored advice and support based on individual customer needs.
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, guiding customers through their concerns and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize refined tools and methods to enhance customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.

Work Schedule:
You will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with specific hours for Italian-speaking customers. The project operates on all holidays except for Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter Monday.

Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Italian as your first language, along with fluency in English for internal communication and training.
- Reside in Belgium and possess the legal right to work here.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage stress and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Quick learner with a focus on procedures and multitasking capabilities.
- Competent in administrative tasks and proficient in written communication.
