You will also maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times and provide administrative support to the Front Office Manager and other staff as needed.", "Responsibilities": ["Provides front office registration duties such as greeting, verifying benefits, HIPAA consent forms, patient demographics and payment receipt.", "Scans and enters patient information/medical reports in patient files through E-Power.", "Enters patient/service census and survey data.", "Provides medical records to other providers as requested with medical released signed by patient.", "Properly logs payment and cash receipts as required.", "Maintains adequate levels of supplies for patients use such as water, coffee, condiments, and snacks.", "Performs duties to ensure work area and restrooms are clean and free from hazards.", "Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee related issues.", "Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity.", "Answers telephone in a polite manner and communicates and when necessary transfers calls or information to the appropriate staff.", "Attends Front Office Representative Meetings as scheduled by the Front Office Manager or management staff.", "Performs other duties as assigned or requested.", "Requirements": ["High School Diploma/GED and/or the equivalent combination of up to one (1) year experience in clerical support.", "Valid Drivers License.", "CPR Certification preferred.", "General Information": "Physicians Premier is a full service, state-licensed, and 24/7 emergency room that is not directly connected to a hospital.
