**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Mdpremier. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our front office team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Register patients for evaluation and treatment, verifying medical insurance and collecting payment due at time of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
- Provide administrative support to the front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- Ensure that all patient interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; up to one year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification a plus.
