Electrical Engineering Manager Role

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our engineering team at Utilities Service Co Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, and strong skills in building proposals and estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage substation projects and provide technical and administrative support to Project Managers and Region Managers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify sub-contractors and material vendors, especially for EPC projects.
- Participate in bid review calls for both ACC level and corporate reviews.
- Act as a liaison for EPC projects.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management.
- Strong skills in building proposals and estimates.
- Ability to build and maintain a database for estimating purposes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, and is open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Rutland, VT, United States.
