- Facilitate conflict resolution and advocate for a respectful workplace.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting job advertisements to extending job offers.
- Conduct thorough background checks, including drug screening protocols.
- Organize orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
- Assist staff with inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment processes.

Compliance:

- SHRM certification is a plus.
