Job Title: Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager

Intellivo is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our HR operations and total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead the company's payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure all compensation, benefits, and HR-related programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
