Customer Service Associate

Job Overview: DiPasquale Moore is seeking a professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. This role requires regular attendance, answering calls, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist Intake Specialists as needed
* Answer and respond to a high volume of incoming calls
* Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager using our electronic case management system
* Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
* Cover the reception desk as needed
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Punctual with strong attendance history
