About the Role:

Salem Health Hospital and Clinics is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Adult Hospitalist team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive clinical management to patients at Salem Health, collaborating with our Adult Hospitalist team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rounding coverage at West Valley Hospital, up to 50% of the time
  • Collaborate with our Adult Hospitalist team to deliver comprehensive clinical management to patients
  • Participate in patient evaluation and management, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
  • Document patient care using our EPIC EMR system

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a field deemed equivalent by the Oregon Board of Nursing
  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon
  • Current, unencumbered Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner through the Oregon State Board of Nursing
  • Valid, unencumbered NP national certification issued by a nationally accrediting body
  • DEA certification
  • At least 12-months relevant NP experience in a hospital setting, within the expanded specialty area within the past three (3) years
