Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Analyze and diagnose problems with electro-mechanical equipment, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information about equipment and services.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Complete scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers, following company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality: Follow safety rules and regulations, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and one to three years of experience in a similar environment or equivalent in college or vocational education.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, and the ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to customer sites, and may involve working in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
