Responsibilities of a Personal Care Assistant:
Our caregivers assist clients with daily living activities, including but not limited to:
  • Performing household tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Preparing and serving meals.
  • Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing companionship through engaging activities and hobbies.
  • Transporting clients to appointments or errands as needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting on clients' conditions.
Additional Information:
  • Our hiring process is streamlined. After applying, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a phone interview. If selected, you will be invited for orientation.
  • If you do not possess a current HCA or CNA license, enrollment in our training program will be required, which can be completed while working.
  • Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to pass state and national background checks.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as necessary.
