Sales Development Representative QSR/Fast Casual Industry

Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, contacting and qualifying leads, setting appointments and following up on leads, tracking progress towards meeting sales goals, collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets, using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities, staying informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments, attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads, and providing regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, proficiency in CRM software, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability to change, desire to learn and grow in the sales field, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
