Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Breakfast Cook is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner that is consistent with menu recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new recipes and dishes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
