Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a qualified AM Bistro Cook to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Food & Beverage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) alongside local health regulations and federal guidelines.
- Conduct inspections of all food items received to ensure freshness and compliance with specifications.
- Properly store all raw and prepared food items in accordance with mandated procedures.
- Follow established records and procedures for food preparation in line with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.
- Monitor and manage costs, particularly Food and Labor Costs, while controlling scheduling and overtime.
- Stay informed about guest feedback scores and strive for positive improvements in rankings.
- Encourage a collaborative and respectful environment among team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrates creativity in culinary tasks.
- Possesses a proven history of excellence in food preparation.
- Exhibits basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and TM1.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of cooking and preparation equipment.
- Possesses strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.
