We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director of Behavioral Health to lead our team in the Boston, MA area. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Psychiatrist to make a meaningful impact in our community.

The Role:
As Clinical Director of Behavioral Health, you will oversee our team of Psych NPs, providing strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our behavioral health department's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Psych NPs in providing high-quality care to patients across all age groups
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
