About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Children's Services of Roxbury. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to economically disadvantaged children, youth, families, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Staff: Provide regular supervision to licensed therapists and interns, ensuring they meet professional standards and adhere to policies.
  • Develop Training Programs: Coordinate training and development activities for staff, promoting their growth and advancement in the field.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Conduct chart reviews and ensure compliance with program mandates, including documentation and billing.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Massachusetts CBHI CANS certified.
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
