Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Installation
    • Plan and complete new customer installations, providing superior propane service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in managing service budget expenses to achieve annual operating goals.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical expertise on the safe storage and handling of propane.
    • Direct the proper installation of customer tanks and/or cylinder set-ups, ensuring all tools, parts, and equipment are available for scheduled installation.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Work with CXE to monitor service scheduling and completion times to assure customer satisfaction.
    • Inspect all vehicles and perform necessary tests to lower vehicle expenses and extend the life of the equipment.
  • Training and Development
    • Assist with customer and employee training as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of work-related experience.
    • 3+ years of progressive operations and customer service experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Commercial drivers license and Class B CDL license with hazmat & tank endorsement required.
    • Class A CDL license with hazmat endorsement preferred.
    • Doubles and triples trailer endorsements preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a customer-focused environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.
