As a Logistics Operations Specialist, your role will involve the swift and precise receipt and storage of all components delivered via various freight methods, including ocean and air freight, as well as courier services. You will be responsible for selecting items according to each Pick List, verifying orders against the Packing List, and packaging items appropriately for shipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ non-powered material handling equipment to move inventory to and from storage and shipping areas.
  • Utilize RF Scanners to accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring the correct type and quantity of all items.
  • Choose and assemble suitable packaging materials to guarantee the safe transport of products to their final destinations.
  • Use RF Scanners, computers, and scales to prepare orders for shipment.
  • Confirm inbound deliveries against manifests to ensure product and quantity accuracy.
  • Conduct stock counts as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
  • Basic proficiency in PC usage.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in reading work orders, pick lists, and/or understanding verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
