Strategic Growth Manager for the North America territory.

In the role of Strategic Growth Manager-North America, you will be instrumental in pinpointing and onboarding new clientele while managing a dynamic pipeline of business prospects.

This position requires overseeing multiple high-value key accounts and directing development initiatives within targeted segments.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of market dynamics, technological influences, and the competitive landscape to propel revenue enhancement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Propel new customer acquisitions through focused sales strategies
  • Oversee development efforts for key accounts and initiatives
  • Travel as necessary (approx %)
  • Manage accounts with annual values exceeding $5M USD
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and manage key accounts efficiently
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product innovation
  • Identify new market opportunities and foster competitive advantage

Qualifications for Success:

  • Extensive experience in business or product development roles
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fluency in English
