Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in personal injury law and demonstrate a successful history of litigating cases.
- Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including client intake, investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other essential parties involved in the litigation process.
- Conduct thorough legal research and remain informed about the latest trends and changes in personal injury law.
- Represent clients in court and during mediation and settlement discussions.
- Prepare and submit legal documents, including complaints, motions, and appeals.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven success in resolving personal injury cases.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
