About the Role
You'll provide top-notch support to customers of a leading asset and wealth management company, combining the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with over 150 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver white-glove service, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their online banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions about financial products and services via phone, providing website navigation support and assisting with the application process.
- Access multiple electronic systems simultaneously, documenting steps taken to efficiently and accurately complete requests.
- Meet established goals for performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.
- Participate in projects or process improvements to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
- Product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain financial products and services.
- Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
