Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
- Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements:
- University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, customer needs, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, lending, mortgages, and sales.
- Effective communication and financial analysis skills.
