Job Type: CONTRACT [Onsite]

Compensation Range: [$40/hr] - [$46/hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities.

Role Overview:

The Logistics Operations team was established to support the global supply chain in addressing critical challenges and minimizing risks through a set of established processes and methodologies. In this role, you will collaborate with Supplier Management Teams to implement and guide the Production System aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate commitment to company values and leadership expectations.
  • Exhibit a flexible mindset with a focus on problem-solving during global travel.
  • Engage effectively with team members, building trust and collaboration.
  • Utilize lean methodologies to drive operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
  • JD/PhD degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of plant operations and control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in operational management, planning, program management, or engineering.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
