Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, and verifying insurance and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior patient service with empathy and understanding
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication
- Organize patient charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Verify insurance and payment collection, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- High regard for time management and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
