About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support in an ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Services: Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including registration, scheduling, and answering phone calls.
  • Billing Services: Ensure accurate and timely entry of billing information, including patient charges and insurance verification.
  • Medical Record Services: Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient medical records, including loose filing and re-filing of charts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One to two years of related customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems, and experience with eClinicalWorks and scheduling sections of the eClinicalWorks system.
