Key Responsibilities- Patient Services: Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including greeting and registering patients, coordinating scheduling, and answering incoming telephone calls.
- Billing Services: Ensure accurate entry of billing information and follow up on missing information to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Medical Record Services: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including releasing information according to corporate policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of related customer service experience preferred.
- Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients a plus.
- CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting.
- Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks and scheduling sections of the eClinicalWorks system a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, multiple-task environment.
- Exposure to ill patients.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions with demanding customers.
