We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to perform physical examinations, establish medical histories, and determine donor suitability.

As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for building rapport with donors, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and providing donor education regarding general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results.

You will also be responsible for evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events, performing evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability, and assisting in employee training.

Additionally, you will be responsible for administering employee Hepatitis Vaccine programs and ensuring donor and staff confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse
  • Current CPR certification required
