Sales Growth Strategist

At Element Wilmington, we are seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF SALES to join our dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for leading all sales activities and developing innovative strategies to drive hotel revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the operations of the sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal growth programs and align with company values.
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel as needed to conduct sales calls, meetings, and other sales-related activities.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle escalated issues within brand and company guidelines.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Must have a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
