Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Buford Middle School. As a Speech & Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and treating students with speech and language disorders.
">- Assessment and Treatment: Assess students' communication skills to identify potential issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with IEP teams to develop individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Virginia licensure, and experience working with students with speech and language disorders.
Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
