About the Job:
- You will build on your relationships with the program members to foster understanding and develop plans to continuously improve their lives.
- A typical workday is filled with meaningful tasks, from teaching computer skills to advocating for the needs of the brain injury community.
- You will work side by side with the people we serve to plot out and complete tasks within the work unit.
- Develop and review service plans for members of the Clubhouse.
- Drive our vehicles during your work, so an excellent driving record is essential.
Requirements:
- Possession of a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
- A positive attitude, quick smile, and strong person-centered service philosophy.
- Ability to work well on a team and initiate unit activities independently.
- Desire for professional excellence and work ethic to match.
- Strong ability to use and apply technology in their job and enthusiasm to teach people how to use it to help improve member's independence.
- Deep experience working with people with disabilities, ideally people with brain injuries.
We Offer:
- A competitive salary: $$50,000 - $$60,000 per year.
