Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill orders with precision and efficiency
  • Accurately record information on documents and in software applications
  • Regularly lift and carry items that weigh 35-70 pounds and occasionally up to 51 lbs.
  • Operate small machines, including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc.
  • Use tools, including box cutters, tape guns and dispensers, staplers, etc.
  • Load, unload, and push/pull a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs.
  • Stuff and seal envelopes, build boxes, collate material, insert material, and prepare material for shipment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Anticipate problems, catch errors, and take action to complete tasks accurately and on time, as well as contribute to ways to improve quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Basic knowledge of software applications and tools
