RN - Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at St. John's Episcopal Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, promoting and restoring optimal health across the lifespan.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient-focused teams to deliver direct and collaborative healthcare services.
- Utilize the nursing process to provide care that respects individual cultural and religious diversities and needs.
- Apply case management expertise to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to individuals and aggregates.
- Facilitate the patient/provider relationship along the continuum of care.
- Previous Med-Surge experience preferred.
- BS in Nursing preferred.
- New York State RN License.
- BLS from American Heart Association.
Competitive hourly rate of $65.69, depending on education and years of experience. Shift differentials apply.
