Payroll Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our payroll operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of our timekeeping and payroll applications. Your expertise in payroll systems, combined with your excellent problem-solving skills, will enable you to provide top-notch support to our teammates.
Job SummaryThe Payroll Systems Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for processing bulk data loads into our payroll system, as well as performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our payroll processes are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Process bulk data loads into our payroll system
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks
- Ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in payroll systems
- High School Diploma required
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- Working knowledge of general ledger accounting functions
- Functional knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Multi-state payroll processing experience

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $30.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
