Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Support Specialist

Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's team in Mesa, AZ. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide medical support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing donor eligibility, managing informed consent, and providing medical care to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess donor eligibility and manage informed consent
  • Provide medical care to patients, including blood testing and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) results
  • Assess donor reactions and follow relevant SOPs for medical emergencies
  • Team up with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues
  • Champion vaccination programs for employees
  • Master the art of incident management and evaluate donor reactions
Requirements:
  • RN license in AZ
  • BLS & CPR (Adult & Pediatric)
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Plasma knowledge and venipuncture skills
