Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Ambassador: Manage internal/external communication & PR, building and maintaining a positive public image and brand reputation for the company.
  • Enhanced Communication Strategies: Demonstrate professionalism in a friendly demeanor, communicate effectively in both written and spoken communications, and evaluate and contribute to marketing efforts to ensure messaging is correct.
  • Netpresenter Platform Management: Manage internal messaging for keeping employees engaged, including digital signage and HR communications.
  • MyStellar Intranet Content Management: Manage weekly updates across the platform, engage with groups to ensure new content is being added, and offer creative ways to engage employees.
  • Quarterly Newsletter Management: Gather and write content for the newsletter, report on corporate activities and events across the various locations.
  • Employee Engagement Events: Attend events, take photos, and write up stories.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing/HR teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience managing and coordinating communication efforts & press releases.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficient in Windows 7 and newer.
  • Well organized, good communicator, good speller, good knowledge of grammar, good proof-reader.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Marketing/Sales Software: Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Netpresenter software.
  • Knowledge of design and construction industry.
